CooperSport or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense, including without limitation any incidental or consequential damages of any kind, including those arising from personal injury, property damage or lost profits, whether based upon breach or warranty or contract, negligence or strict product or other tort liability, arising directly or indirectly in connection with the design, manufacture, sale, sue or repair of the products (either separately or in combination with any other product or material) or from any other cause, other than for the cost of replacement of the product as provided in the limited product warranty above. In no event will CooperSport be liable to customer for more than the purchase price of the product sold here under.

To the extent that any sales person has made any oral statements to the customer about the product, such statements are not warranties, should not be relied on by the customer, and are not part of the contract of sale. The limited product warranty above is the only warranty provided to the customer.

Purchasing from Coopersport.ca indicates your agreement with the terms and conditions of sale, return restrictions and the limitations of liability as listed on our returns policy page. CooperSport reserves the right to change pricing, availability, or features of any product on this site without notice. All purchases from our company are agreed to have taken place in and shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Please be advised that your intended use of certain products listed and sold by our company may be a violation of the laws, statutes or governmental regulations in the jurisdictions in which you live or operate your motor vehicle. All prices on this site are listed in US dollars unless specified otherwise. GST will be charged for Canadian residents only under business registration number 88555 4648 RT0001. PST will be charged for Ontario residents.
